WP02 Signal Processing: Tel Aviv University

The objective of the Signal Processing group at TAU is to develop a real time algorithm for the detection of the response to stimuli from the background neural activity.

Approach:       Theoretic modelling
Experimental analysis of recordings from WP06 Clinical Integration

Advances:       Real-time implementation
Recognition of learning related and time ware changes in the patterns of the response

Challenges:       Integration with WP04 Synthetic Cerebellar Circuit and the Hybrid
Complexity of data: recordings from multiple electrode arrays, learning and time ware changes
