The objectives of this workpackage are to develop multi-channel electrodes with thin and flexible wires at the distal tips that can be anchored in position with a high level of precision.



Approach:       Standard lithographic top-down technology
Combined top-down / bottom-up technology to produce true nano-scale electrode arrays using nano-imprint lithography
In vitro neural chips to support design and fabrication
